The visitors are registered and fill out the PIC subscription forms. To find a resource necessary they can browse e-catalogue, look through the shelves and enjoy help and consultation of PIC officer. The book taken should be placed at the original shelf and section.

The visitors are free to take out books and periodicals against the deposit of his/her identity card.

The Information Center also provides the visitors with a computer to work on. The computer is intended for the visitors to use materials contained on CDs, and also to search for development related information in the Internet.
